Book n' Cook Collaboration

In Honor of Black History Month, we have partnered with Evansville Public Library and Urban Seeds, to offfer a special session of Book n' Cook, for 3rd thru 5th grade students.It will be held on Saturday, February 4th. You need to register for the event to join in on the fun! The ingredients will be available for pick up on Saturday, Feburary 4th from 1pm to 5pm at the Evansville Public Library of your choice. Registration is open now until January 30th!











Digital Storytime


A digital story will be recorded and made available to you the week prior to the cooking session.



What are we Cookin?


SWEET POTATO PIE! Ingredients will be provided to you! All you will need is an oven, a mixing bowl and a spoon. We will talk about the culture surrounding this delicious pie and its relavance to Black History, as we make and bake this wonderful pie!

We will be recording and hosting this live on ZOOM. Details will be sent to you after registration is completed.
